Day 1
We depart Louisville and travel east through West Virginia and on to Hagerstown, MD to overnight.

Day 2
After breakfast, we will depart the hotel and travel to Gettysburg National Military Park. We will have a privately guided tour of the battlefield with one of Gettysburg's renowned Licensed Battlefield Guides. Before heading out to that "great battlefield", gain insight into the battle, the stories and personalities by starting our visit with the Film "A New Birth of Freedom", Cyclorama & the Museum. This afternoon, we arrive at the beautiful Gettysburg Hotel, steps away from where President Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address, located in the heart of historic downtown Gettysburg, within walking distance to many historic area attractions, downtown shops and restaurants. B

Day 3
A full breakfast buffet is included at the hotel. Our travels today take us to beautiful Pennsylvania Dutch Country and onto the "Roads Less Traveled" through the heart of the Amish Farmlands with a step on guided tour. See the pristine Amish farms, one-room schoolhouses, Amish "phone booths"& much more. We will return to the Kitchen Kettle Village in time for lunch (on your own). After lunch, we will check into the Fulton Steamboat Inn, the most unique, full-service hotel in Lancaster. Dinner is included this evening at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre. Dinner includes a full salad bar, classic american favorite entrees,(a carved entrée), potato and vegetable side dishes and their delectable dessert buffet. After dinner, we will see the perfect musical comedy involving the unlikeliest of Manhattan pairings: a high-rolling gambler and a missionary, Guys and Dolls. B,D

Day 4
We will depart the hotel after breakfast and say goodbye to Lancaster. We will visit Flight 93 National Memorial…A common field one day. A Field of honor forever. You will be inspired by the courageous actions of the 40 passengers and crew members of Flight 93. A place of peaceful reflection that will forever honor their actions on 9/11. We will continue on to our overnight stay in Saint Clairsville, OH. Dinner is included this evening. B,D

Day 5
Our Gettysburg / Lancaster PA Amish Country adventure comes to an end today as we make our way back home.B
